How Much Does Artificial Grass Cost Installed?
Short answer: about RM14 – RM20 per sq ft fully installed on soil, or RM13.50 – RM19.50 per sq ft on concrete, depending on the grade you choose. Here is how it adds up:

How much does artificial grass cost in Malaysia?
NobleGrass costs RM8 (Valu 35 Plus), RM10 (Cruz 40 Plus) or RM14 (Premium 45 Plus) per sq ft for the grass only. Fully installed on soil it is about RM14 – RM20 per sq ft; on concrete about RM13.50 – RM19.50 per sq ft. A 200 sq ft lawn is roughly RM2,700 – RM4,000 installed.
Does the RM8 / RM10 / RM14 price include installation?
No. Those prices are for the grass only. Installation is charged separately: clearing RM2, levelling sand RM1, sand base RM1 per inch, labour RM1, geotextile RM1, and drain cell RM2.50 for concrete floors (all per sq ft).
Which NobleGrass grade should I choose?
Valu 35 Plus suits balconies, rooftops, rentals and budget projects. Cruz 40 Plus suits family lawns and everyday use. Premium 45 Plus is the thickest and most natural-looking, for front lawns and show gardens. Not sure? WhatsApp us a photo and we will recommend one.
Can artificial grass be installed on concrete?
Yes. On concrete floors we add a drain cell layer (RM2.50 per sq ft) so rainwater drains away under the grass.
Is artificial grass safe for children and pets?
Yes. NobleGrass is child and pet friendly and needs no fertiliser or chemicals.
Does artificial grass get hot under the Malaysian sun?
All artificial grass warms up in direct sun. NobleGrass C-shape and U-shape blades are designed to reflect heat, staying around 10–20% cooler than standard synthetic grass.
How long is the warranty?
8 years standard, plus 2 extra years free when you join our Extended Warranty Program by sharing your Konzept Garden purchase on social media.
Do you deliver artificial grass rolls?
Yes. DIY orders are delivered anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Full rolls come in 2m x 25m and 3m x 25m.
