Return & Exchange Policy

The Return & Exchange Policy only applies to Online Store Customer, this is not applicable to any walk-in customer. With any defects for walk-in customer with this below scenario please connect with our Team as soon as your product delivers to your door;

Scenario First: Customer A walk-in to Konzept Garden Showroom and choose Ziant Planters and decide to purchase 20 unit and prefer Konzept Garden to make the delivery to Customer A house. With that arrangement – we will ask a customer to check on all the chosen product purchase before delivery is made. Once Delivery is made, Customer is required to check on the product again – with any defects during the delivery after the first checking you are required to call our team immediately and provided with Photos, our team will attend your case immediately.

Online Returns & Exchange Policy
  • Normal priced items are exchangeable within 48 hours from receiving the products from the Postage Company, applies to only defect or broken product upon delivery only.
  • Notify us via phone call & email to admin@konzept.my along with your receipt/proof of purchase and images showing the defective area. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. Upon receiving confirmation from us, only then the item(s) may be returned. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by buyer, or from wear and tear.
  • Konzept Garden will only accept exchange or refund item(s)/merchandise(s) in original condition, uninstalled, unused or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, any related accessories, and must be returned in their original box.
  • Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, altered returns, merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
  • Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
  • If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, NO cash refund will be applied, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item.
  • For refund goods, the buyer is liable to bears the postage cost for any refund goods within the48 hours from receiving the products.
  • NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE with any items that are no defects. This is considered a successful transaction.
Any discounted or Stock Clearance items are non-exchangeable or refundable.
Any item(s) come along with purchase as a form of a gift or lucky draw item(s) are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or exchange to the cash value.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise where a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee Policy for Zen Bio Koi Pond Series or NobleGrass series installations.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility:
    The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is applicable to customers who have purchased and had Zen Bio Koi Pond Series NobleGrass installed by Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd.
  2. Duration:
    The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the completion date of the installation.
  3. Refund Amount:
    Customers who wish to avail of the Money-Back Guarantee Policy must notify Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd within the 14 days period.
    Upon confirmation of eligibility, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the total final quotation for the purchased products and installation services.
  4. Conditions for Refund:
    The products must be in their original condition, free from damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised alterations.
    The customer is responsible for the removal of the products to be returned.
  5. Notification Process:
    Customers who wish to avail of the Money-Back Guarantee Policy must notify Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd Customer Support Whatsapp Number (6012- 9609849) within the 14 days period.
    The request should include the customer's name, contact information, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the Money-Back Guarantee Policy request.
  6. Refund Processing:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned products.
  7. Return Goods / Products Process:
    Products are expected to be returned in the same condition as initially installed by Konzept Garden. If any damages are identified prior to uninstallation, Konzept Garden reserves the right to withhold removal of the products.
  8. Exclusions:
    The Money-Back Guarantee Policy does not cover damages or issues resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or customer misuse.
  9. Modification or Termination:
    Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Money-Back Guarantee Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
  10. Restocking Fees Policy
    Restocking fees are charges that you apply to pay when returning a product. These fees are applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return, which can include things like disassembling, repackaging, and preparing the product for resale.

 

  • Restocking Policy for Konzept Garden – Zen Bio Koi Pond:
    • For the Zen Bio Koi Pond, a restocking fee of 30% of the final quotation will be charged. This fee is necessary because installing the pond involves tasks like digging a hole and installing various components like a water pump, water filter, fountain, and piping.
    • When returning the product, the same process is followed. This includes uninstalling all items, removing the fish pond from the hole, and filling the hole with soil again. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with these processes.
  • Restocking Policy for Konzept Garden – NobleGrass (Artificial Grass):
    • For the NobleGrass (Artificial Grass), there is also a restocking policy in place. Unlike the Zen Bio Koi Pond, there is no need to dig a hole during installation, as the grass is cut into various sizes according to site measurements.
    • In the case of a return, the artificial grass can be repurposed for different projects, helping to offset future costs. The return process involves collecting and organizing the various-sized cuts of artificial grass. This ensures that the returned product can be efficiently used in other installations.
    • While there is no hole to be filled, there are still costs associated with handling and repackaging the artificial grass. Therefore, a restocking fee may apply to cover these operational expenses.
