Domestic Postage & Delivery Policy
Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse to you through the appointed courier service that provides the safest shipping to reach you.
All orders are processed on Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
First 2kg:
- West Malaysia – RM15.00
- East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak: RM65.00
Subsequent 0.5kg: Additional RM5 shipping charges (Both West & East Malaysia)
- West Malaysia: 5-7 working days
- East Malaysia: 7-10 working days
*Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
*During peak season / promotional periods, due to high volume of orders, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual (additional 3-5 working days). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pick Up Arrangement
We offered in-store pick up as well.
Pickup only available on Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm

Order Tracking
Upon confirming your order, an order confirmation email will sent to you.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the parcel(s) tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you encounter issues with delivery updates after a week of receiving the confirmation email, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer service further assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If required to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order(s) separately for each address respectively.
